Availability: The weight room is open Monday through Friday 6:30-8:30 am, 11am-1pm,& 6-9 pm from May 13 – August 23. The weight room will be closed on July 4 &5.
Equipment: The weight room is equipped with a full line of machine and free weight strength equipment, as well as several cardiovascular equipment options.
Locker Rooms: Men’s & Women’s general locker rooms are available for use when the weight room is open. Users may bring their own lock, but must remove it each day.
Instructions for Check-in: Users will enter the weight room, show their confirmation number and a photo ID upon entering and sign in at the front desk. Users that are 16-18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All users must have a facility waiver on file. The waiver is available at http://www.cune.edu/resources/docs/Athletics/Waiver-Participation-Facility.pdf and must be brought on the first visit.
Cost: $100 individual/$50 Individual Concordia Alumni
$175 Family/$90 Family Concordia Alumni
A “Family” pass includes spouse and dependents age 16-25. All family members must be listed on the application with date of birth for each.
Purchase: Passes are only available online and must be purchased prior to the first visit.
Policies: Use of the Concordia weight room is a privilege that may be enjoyed by current Concordia students, faculty, staff, and family or those individuals 16 and over with a Concordia summer pass. Users who are 16-18 year olds must be with a parent.
Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. No apparel of other conference schools may be worn.
- Shirts with a full front and back and covering the majority of the side below the arm.
- Shorts should be free of zippers, buttons, etc. that could damage upholstery.
- Athletic shoes only. No open-toed footwear.
Food, glass, and open beverages are not allowed. Beverages should have a closable top.
Please be courteous and wipe down machines after use if necessary. Rags and cleaner are available for this purpose.
Misuse or abuse of the equipment will result in loss of privileges.
Loud or offensive language, horseplay, or any behavior that is viewed as disrespectful to other users or the facility will not be tolerated and will result in loss of privileges.
Unauthorized personal training of individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
Supervisors have authority over weight room conduct and use of the equipment and may expel a user from the weight room for failure to follow the policies (full list of policies posted in the weight room) of the Concordia weight room.
