Kid Fit - A well-designed structured strength training program for your child grades 2 - 6
Speed & Agility Camp - is a camp that will enhance middle and high school athletes’ knowledge through expert coaching in a fun and exciting environment. Our purpose will be to provide quality individual instruction in the techniques and training that are necessary for young athletes to reach their full potential. Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports!
Two sessions are available for each camp - June 11 to June 28 and July 9 to July 26.
